Dr. LA Payne, Ed.D, is an International Educator with over 17 years of experience. A native of California who has resided in Atlanta and Dubai. Dr. Payne has experience teaching and leading programs K-12 and post-graduate studies for higher learning institutes. Previously, she served as a Director of Innovation and Technology, Teacher Training Manager for post graduate studies, the Program Manager for Harvard University’s “Creating Communities of Innovation” in Dubai. She is the first African American female to design simulations for learning and training in the Middle East with the use of avatars and virtual reality gaming. She is the lead Forex Educator and Trainer for the Network of Champions. She is the co-founder of The Art of Confidence Foundation where she serves at the International Service Organizer and Director of Financial Literacy Education. Dr. Payne is very passionate about building and empowering communities around the globe. She is the Head of Black Forex & Stock Traders Academy. Where she focuses on providing mentorship, leadership, and guidance for those seeking to learn more about educational resources for investing.

Ms. Shirley Jay is an experienced Stock Trader! She earned the name "Queen of the Put" from her experience with Options trading and investing. She has been in the field of education for the last 10 years. She spends her time as a full-time trader and educator helping novice traders learn how to invest in the stock market, as well as buy and selling stock options. Her speciality is teaching novice traders how to complete valuable research, analyze charts and determine market patterns to evaluate investment opportunities. She believes that everyone should and can learn these valuable skills.

Yarnell Russell is the Lead US30 Strategist for the Network of Champions. He spends his time educating novice and advanced traders on how to enter and exit the market at the appropriate time. He specializes in US30, GBP pairs, Crude Oil, and Gold. Daily he trains during the New York session on chart analysis. Mr. Russell provides simple scalping strategies and in-depth knowledge on how to analyze the market. He provides fundamental and technical analysis for traders seeking to trade full-time. He is the leader of the Fire-starters organization and provides mentorship, on-going education and resources for members of his community. When he is not trading he is a culinary genius, he spends his time providing superior service to the Delaware community. As a retired military veteran, he wears many hats, but we are grateful that he spends his time educating traders on how to become a life-long profitable trader.
